When I reached out to the support team, all I got was an automated response asking for more details. Even after providing all the required information, there’s been no follow-up or resolution from their end. Apart from that, one should not even opt for any of their loan facilities, because these people still make you write handwritten letters. They are still living under a rock, while the world has progressed. Their loan department is so rude to even talk, especially the one at Bhayander, Thane. No support whatsoever, and they work at the pace of a tortoise. Worse experience, and now I have received a message asking me to pay a due for an amount that was debited in time and for some reason these people are claiming it to be over due. I am not able to check anything on this app. This is, by far, the worst service on the internet.
