At first it never recognized that it was a password box and you had to harder type in your info. Now it makes me go through the entire apple verification system, including a code, just to sign in. It takes longer to sign in than it does to find what I need in the app. The app itself is ok. Except putting in a maintenance request can be hard bc you have to click each category to find what you're looking for if it isn't super obvious, for example, ceiling fan.
