I spent 3k getting this AtticFan installed to only work for 3mon. I called customer service and they mentioned network issues and it would be resolved shortly. A month later my connection is still not working.  Customer service is non existent.

This app is pure garbage . It will not let you create an account at all . None of the fields work . Calling customer service is completely useless . They tell you to just download the app . You tell them it doesn’t work , they don’t know where to go from there . Terrible product from a once reputable company . Looking at other reviews I see that 1) I’m not the only one 2) this has been an issue for a long while now . Do not buy this over priced defective product . Returning the 4 I purchased to HD .

The app won’t let me register ! Fix this simple problem !

I didn’t have much of an issue connecting the first time. After I lost internet and tried to re-connect, GAF wouldn’t show up on my network list. I read where it supposed to work on a 2.4 ghz router. Mine are both 2.4 and 5 ghz. If I turned off the 5 ghz channel, I was able to see GAF on the list just long enough to connect. I FINALLY, after 2 days trying, got them both back up. ALSO, as mentioned in a previous review, you need to add a “status” button to show if the fans are running, or not. That would be most helpful!

Not recognizing network and failing to login. Started after iOS 18.0 update. It worked fine prior to 18.0 update. 

Also, can you add a status indicator to app so we can tell if vent fan is running without having to listen carefully.
