Nothing else to say. ### 1/5 — Plain old garbage *2024-04-23, version 2.1* This app doesn’t work and neither does the other version you’ll find on the App Store . Both just don’t work at all . Customer service is not knowledgeable or even helpful . It’s almost like this is an orphaned product . And looking at the reviews - others have been having this problem since its inception . Relatively easy to use and operate. Generally set and forget. Wi-Fi connection is frustrating as it drops out and you can only reconnect by shutting the power on and off. Unfortunately they will learn this App will only let you view the default programming if you can get it to connect properly. It will not allow you save or change the default programming to the device. It will eventually default back the standard program every time. This app is useless as is the wifi device it connects to. The negative reviews are from users who have owned the device and realized their set programs where never set. ### 1/5 — WiFi? Not so much… *2021-07-24, version 2.1* Connects only to the GAF WiFi internal to the vent…no way to connect the vent to my home WiFi. So no way to monitor/control the vent when I’m away from home.
