APP STORE PAYMENT

• Payments will be deducted from your App Store account on a monthly basis. VIP members can cancel their subscription anytime via their App Store account.
• Payments will be deducted from your App Store account 72 hours ahead of the subscription expiration date.
• Should you wish to cancel the subscription, please do so at least 72 hours in advance of your next renewal date and confirm if the automatic subscription renewal on the App Store is turned off. Your subscription will continue to work until the last day of the final subscription period. Once the payment has been processed, you will not be able to get a refund.

The app doesn’t allow any content to play for me, saying they aren’t available in my region, on any device. I’ve tried my TV Roku, my tablet, even my phone. Every single time it says every series or movie isn’t available in my region. Every show. Nothing plays for me. I’ve reached out to get help like 8 times in the past few weeks and  I’ll get one reply and then nothing. 

I know which ones are available in my region, it’s just the app that won’t work. Logging in and out, updating apps, nothing works. And nothing plays. I pay for my subscription but I can only watch on an internet browser which is really inconvenient. I just want the app to work again. 

The email responses I’ve gotten I’ve replied every time with everything they ask me for. My IP address, the devices I’m using, how every single show on the platform app won’t play, but then I never hear back again. It’s sad to pay for GagaOOLala and nothing works.

I notice there are reviews about the setting screen never going away and it is so sad that after one year they have not fix such error.

I enjoy the app, but I can never get the subtitles to work properly on my phone or my tv no matter how often I reset or close out and go back in. I currently can’t even get the videos to play. I want to be able to keep enjoying the shows but I have to have the subtitles in order to understand what’s going on.

For my fellow anti-zionists, just be aware that their “Middle East” section has a huge chunk dedicated to this kind of media.

If they didn’t have this, I could even rate the app 5/5 for its other content. However, I can’t in good conscience do that unless they remove this category.

I absolutely love this app the only downside I can give is all BLs are not available to all regions so unfortunately there are some that you can’t watch due to geo-restrictions. Other than that though I absolutely love this app!!

I would really like an Apple TV option so I can watch it on my television and enjoy it more comfortably with family and friends. I don't use it on mobile devices because it drains the battery and causes the battery to overheat. I hope you can help soon and create an Apple TV version.

I hate the app but love the shows. It never tracks what im watching not once not since day 1. It never remembers what episode im on. The 10 s speed up sticks. The apps as functional as windows 3.1 thats how old i am lol. Dear god fix it please or im walking. Of all the apps your the most expensive and least functional by far
