It cost less than a gym membership to choose what works for you in your own home or wherever you choose. I just discovered they have recipes included in the low price- not locked! Good find:-)

This is my go-to exercise guide. It’s my gym membership replacement. I’ve been using it for years.

These are great workouts I can easily adapt to my own level and I can do them at home with minimal gear so I can stay fit without a gym membership. 

 I do short workouts so that I can consistently fit it into my morning routine.

There are perfect 20-30 minute workouts. Rodney Yee’s power yoga series and Bret Hoebel’s 20-minute body series are my favourite go-to programs. And there are tonnes more programs to try out in here. I recommend this to friends frequently.

I’m not able to use my gaiam scale anymore with this app and the scale app is nonexistent. So I wasted my money on the scale.

The Gaiam app isn’t available anymore on the App Store, an app that is suppose to accompany the Gaiam scale we had bought! All that’s available now is this paid app. 

It’s a scam to offer a product and sell it with app options, which is the whole point of the overpriced Gaiam Scale, and then remove all of its main functionalities!
