Nothing beats your motivation down like tracking weight loss and then either losing all of your data or having it not connect and record your progress. ### 2/5 — App not working all of a sudden two days now. *2022-10-08, version 1.8* Not sure what is going on but scale and app not talking to each other. Unfortunately the app doesn’t even let me sign up or verify email or phone number even tho it keeps saying “success.” I truly thought it was an email lag till I tried my number. The scale also starts at 2.0lbs for some reason so I can’t even count on it to give me the correct info just by stepping on it. What a waste. Very disappointed. :( ### 1/5 — It’s not working *2022-05-08, version 1.8* Not only the scale doesn’t connect through Bluetooth, but the app doesn’t go through the registration process—it stops in a JavaScript error and if restarted, doesn’t retain the information. It may have worked one day, but not after I bought the scale and not with any of the 4 iPhones in my family. ### 2/5 — Graph does not show accurate data *2022-04-29, version 1.8* The graph goes from 0 to your max weight so you cannot see any fluctuation. If you miss a day it also shows as 0 which mean your graph shoots up and down for every day you miss. I can’t get passed that. I’m truly disappointed . ### 2/5 — App fail to connect *2022-04-12, version 1.8* App worked fine for one month then it kicked me out and acting weird on me, I wasn’t able to do anything with it , no history data was available and my wifi was fine with other de ices around the house including my phone also no connectivity between my smart phone and weight scale. I deleted and installed the app numerous times without success this issue lasted 6 days, I thought that the company will not support the app any longer leaving customers in the dark but suddenly the app went back to normal I was able to log in as normal. I am not sure what happened I hope this won’t happen again. ### 1/5 — Very buggy 0 stars *2022-04-10, version 1.8* The worst part of the app is server side issues. As of a few days ago all data has been lost with the inability to connect and no data available. This isn’t the first time this has happened, as illustrated by many other reviews. Attempted to log out and log back in but not able to. Attempted to make a new account and cannot do that either. Was working up until roughly April 1st 2022. You can tell the company doesn’t care when their last update was almost a year ago!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pretty much useless *2023-04-17* While the concept sounds great, the app has gotten to the point of being useless. Originally, the app was problematic, crashing at times, failing to connect or not registering the weight from the scale. It also monopolizes the Bluetooth connection when in use. Also, history and trends were mostly useless because a day you skipped taking a weight measurement was recorded as a weight of zero. Am I supposed to take the thing on trips with me??? Now the app crashes every time you try to record your weight, and best of all, my entire profile and history were wiped out. Garbage product, I’d avoid anything by this developer. ### 1/5 — Product is a Scam *2023-04-13* I wish I could give negative stars. The app is completely useless which renders the scale pretty much useless. The app worked for a few days but hasn’t worked since. It says my account doesn’t exist and I cant get past verification to create a new one because it freezes. Honestly, I think this constitutes fraud because it definitely isn’t a smart scale. I bought my scale about a month ago but from what I’ve seen the problem I’ve had has been an issue for well over a year. The app has been basically abandoned since April 2021 by developers but the products are still being sold as if they function for their intended use. ### 1/5 — App is completely useless *2023-04-13* Worked great for 2 days then lost all the data and account disappeared. Tried multiple times to create another account but once you get to the verification process you are not able to verify. The app just gets stuck and won’t let you finish verifying. Have tried uninstalling several times with no results. Agree some of the other metrics are off. But overall not a bad concept. App has a few bugs to sort off and sometimes fails to connect to scale. Hope to see new releases soon ### 2/5 — Minimally effective *2023-08-24* The scale is hardly a smart scale. It serves its function of telling you your weight, but getting useful data out of it beyond that is a challenge. The last app update was years ago and the “latest version” leaves so much to be desired. Connecting to the app feels clunky to begin with, then once it spits out the data you really only have this month’s data being semi-useful. The plots have no dates on them and you can’t go back or zoom in aside from whatever arbitrary values the app picks. This wouldn’t be terrible if the app at least allowed you to export your data so I could plot it on my own (with dates).
