Why I am always asked for a password when I want to claim my reward. The app doesn’t trigger the option to store the password. There is no facial recognition. App is easy to use, if you can get in. ### 4/5 — New customer *2026-06-23, version 5.3.2* I was asked today if I had the app and when I said no, the ins and outs were explained, including the welcome drink being mentioned. Downloading was easy enough, but I am not receiving a code to verify my account, so I can’t start using the app or loyalty program. What is annoying is the marketing that’s followed. Please have a word with your marketing teams regarding this experience. Since using it yesterday I’ve had 5 emails this morning. I also could’ve used an offer yesterday but I don’t check before using. When asked if I have the app it would be really helpful if it’s acknowledged I have a welcome drink. I was disappointed after sitting down I’d missed out on that. ### 2/5 — Seeded sourdough loaf *2025-12-29, version 4.2.0* We really like the seeded sourdough loaf but since we started buying it a couple of years ago, it has got smaller and smaller and the price has gone up and up (and it’s not even organic!) The ‘loaf’ is getting closer to being a small boule rather than a loaf and it doesn’t last a family long at all which is disappointing ### 1/5 — Big Joke App *2025-09-02, version 3.3.1* the stamps are for the number of orders that include coffee, say if you order 10 cups, you will get 2 stamps only which is not fair ### 1/5 — Click and Collect *2025-07-27, version 3.3.0* There is no point in having a click and collect option as every time I’ve done it I have to stand in the queue and re order. It’s really annoying as I only have 15 minutes for my break so by the time I get back to work I don’t have time to drink it. Just now I arrived 30 min after the order time and they said the order had not yet printed in store. This stops you from adding a little stamp to the loyalty card (people are in a hurry behind you waiting for the till so you can’t really take the time to log back in. Bad programming or manipulation so you don’t benefit points as much as you could. Either way it’s quite annoying. ### 1/5 — Logged out with no way to get back in *2026-07-05, version 5.3.2* To the devs: longtime user of this app but it has now logged me out, won’t accept my password and won’t send me a password reset link (yes I have checked spam). I tried to add the birthday gift promotion, but kept getting an error saying my basket did not contain the required products, with no clear explanation of what was missing. It’s also frustrating that browsing other pages can delete the basket. Customers should be able to keep shopping without losing their items.
