Stopped working a few months ago but the option is still there?? Almost every single time ### 5/5 — The Best! *2020-12-09* I’m so happy with Gain Federal Credit Union. Big shout-out to Linda Lewis who is amazing. She treats me as if I were a billionaire:) Best customer service ever. I was tempted to go to the credit union that financed my car, but I didn’t because Linda’s customer service is great and I doubt I would find that anywhere else. ### 3/5 — No bill pay without safari *2020-11-20* If you are using an IOS device bill pay is not available on the app if you have another browser other the safari as your default. Since the launch of the new app the bill pay feature would not show up at all. I called Gain and spoke with a representative and sent an email. Long story short, I reinstalled the app multiple times, reset all settings on my phone, deleted potential conflicting apps then finally figured out that it is because I use Chrome as my default browser that bill pay would not show up on the app. I did not receive any help from Gain but was made to feel like I simply was not looking hard enough for the bill pay feature. I try logging in with my account and it’ll just load indefinitely afterwards. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app the issue persists. I love the concept of mobile banking but it’s annoying to use. You have to memorize your accounts because once you switch accounts (if you have more than one) you won’t find the account number in the drop down menu. It’s gone. Turning it on and off when you want and have it working is hit or miss. All of my loans are with this bank. But I don’t understand why the accounts can’t show “due dates” and payment information. Every other bank I have with an app has this information. I shouldn’t have to go to a desktop computer to show such basic information.
