I even mentioned the issue to the branch and they clearly don’t care. It shows you have a 0 balance and then you get a letter showing you owe 1 cent lol. Its a joke and sad they even designed this app. It cant get any worse ### 1/5 — change it back plz! *2026-04-23, version 7.105.0.17276* i love gain, have been with them for years and the people that work there are so awesome but the newer app layout has still been difficult to navigate. the old one was perfect! ### 3/5 — No mobile deposit *2026-03-13* The mobile deposit button to take a picture of your check isn’t working ### 1/5 — So Bad *2026-02-10, version 7.100.1.16541* This app is unusable. Cannot access statements or easily navigate any functions. I can’t even see the account names of the people who send me money. I can’t use the facial ID and even when I reset it goes back to original setting every time I log off. Bring back INSTANT TRANSFERS!!! $400 of ours is in limbo because we can't send it to each other without it disappearing. I'm shocked this FCU is still in business-- this has been the worst financial experience of my life and I no longer have trust in Gain ### 2/5 — Cannot deposit checks *2025-10-16* Tapping the button to take a photo of a check for deposit does nothing. In iPhone settings the app does not even have a toggle to grant permission to use the camera. I’m an app developer and this is just ridiculous. ### 1/5 — if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! *2025-10-13* Why did we need to go through the horrendous process of transferring to the new app when it is a hot pile of garbage. The old app was perfect, user friendly, easy on the eyes, navigation was simple, transactions showed, deposits and transfers instantly. The new app is literally none of those. Very difficult to navigate, pending transactions don’t get deducted? I’ve had 3 transactions of substantial amounts shown as ‘pending’ for 3 days now, totally not deducted from my account balance.
