## What is Gainfully?

Gainfully is the AI-powered fitness app that actually knows you.

Most fitness apps track your workouts. Gainfully understands them. Your AI personal trainer learns your lifts, your history, and your goals so every recommendation comes from a coach who has been watching your progress from day one.

YOUR AI COACH KNOWS YOU
Unlike generic AI, Gainfully's coach has access to your actual training data. It knows your squat PR, how often you train, and the notes you left about your knee. Every answer is built around your history, not a generic user.

WHAT YOU GET
- AI Coach: Ask anything about your training and get answers based on your personal data
- Strength tracking: Log sets, reps, and weight in seconds
- 1RM progress: Track your estimated one rep max over time
- Muscle heatmap: See which muscles you have trained and which need attention
- Cardio logging: Runs, cycling, rowing, and more with pace and distance
- 1,400+ exercises: Instructions and illustrations for every movement
- Training programs: Follow structured programs or build your own
- Personal records: Automatic PR detection after every session
- Workout calendar: Your complete training history in one view
