## What is Gains in Progress?

Gains in Progress tells you exactly what to lift, and how, for the goal you have today.

BUILD A FULL WORKOUT
Pick your time (20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes), your training style (Strength, Hypertrophy or Endurance), a body part and your equipment. You get a complete session: warm-up, main lifts and accessories, with sets, reps, rest and an estimated session length.

FIND THE RIGHT LIFT
Building strength, building muscle, losing fat, improving mobility, training for sport, or just staying healthy? Answer a couple of questions and get the 2-3 lifts that matter most, plus alternates.

50 WORKOUT GOALS
From your first pull-up to a 225 bench, pick a goal and get a plan built to reach it.

LOG EVERY SET
Track weight and reps as you go, check off finished sets, and use the built-in rest timer. Switch between lb and kg anytime.

KNOW HOW TO DO EVERY LIFT
A library of 200+ lifts. Tap any exercise to see how to perform it and which muscles it works.

BUILT-IN SAFETY
Heavy squats and deadlifts stay at lower reps in every style and progress by adding weight, never by chasing high reps. If your equipment can't fill the time you picked, the app tells you honestly instead of padding the workout.

GAINS IN PROGRESS PRO
An optional one-time purchase. No subscription. Everything above is included without it.
- Per-lift progress graphs and the one-rep max chart
- Workout calendar of lift and rest days, color-coded by body part
- Progress tracking for all 50 goals, with one pinned to your Home screen
- Unlimited saved custom workouts (1 included without Pro)
- Add your own
