The option to submit/enter your user name followed by password doesn’t allow you to select so each and every time I have to reset my password! Support is non existent. Why not allow the app to unlock door based on proximity and other locks do? That was one of the reasons why I purchased the lock. The lock still works fine but there are no notifications for activity or tampering. It’s badly laid out, confusing to use and lacks functionality. The most obvious features it’s needs is scheduled locking, not just a few seconds after the last use but at a certain time of day. Just updated to the latest version and it disconnected the lock from my app. It demands a lock firmware update to work as before, and the app just won’t me do it. The app is now completely useless. I then thought that resetting the lock and wifi bridge would help but now I can’t get them to talk. Hours of my life wasted. Now I need to log in to the account every time I use it. Completely unacceptable that Gainsborough are so unresponsive and care less about making this app stable. The smart lock isn’t cheap so we expect basic quality which is no where to be seen. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Works fine most of the time. *2024-07-23, version 2.2.1* It sometimes gets stuck or responds slowly but works most of the time. It is a pretty good when it works but could do with some additional features to allow it to be used from wall mounted iPad to control doors in the home. ### 3/5 — Stuck and not working!!!!! *2025-06-28, version 3.0.0* Was working fine but suddenly don’t know what’s been going on, my activity log is stuck just like someone else mentioned here. Just cannot get it to work. Tried logging out, deleting the app, reinstalled, signed back in, nothing works.
