    - Workout Routines: Build, save, and run workouts. Curate custom workouts yourself or let GAINZ generate some for you. Generated workouts are tailored to available equipment, body parts, and difficulty level of your choice.
    - Workout Sharing: Seamlessly share saved workout routines with friends/family with a single tap.
    - Goals: Set and accomplish goals for different exercises. Visualize your progress towards your goals using helpful charts.

I have really enjoyed Gainz so far. I love all the instructional videos and tracking capabilities the app provides.
