Check in your guests in seconds.  Add guests at the door with ease. Gala Assist is the easiest and fastest way to run your fundraiser.  Send an SMS message to your guest with their table and bidder number.  Place a Credit card on file for use later in the checkout flow.  Mark guests as a VIP and let your team know when someone important has arrived.

Enter your auction item result quickly and with confidence and when you are done simply press a button to let your guests know with a text message you are ready to check them out.  Enter live auction results and pledges live within the app.  It doesn't get any faster than this.

Check out your guests securely and let them pay with credit card, check, or cash.  Automatically send email receipts and view all of your reports on the web dashboard.
