Skirmish is fairly well balanced, with all difficulties beatable. My only problems with the game are that the story is thread bare and there is a max of 200 supplies. 200 supplies is not enough to make my giant army of hyperspacing destroyers! ### 4/5 — Needs one thing *2016-02-26, version 1.2* Only thing it needs is a carrier for fighters and bombers ### 4/5 — Good, but needs work *2016-01-31, version 1.2* Gameplay is great, everything I could hope for in an RTS. However the game is limited by the control system; units are difficult to control and AI will often override user input. One of the BEST strategy games on the App Store! *2013-04-19, version 1.2* Great RTS game! This is a polished, challenging, and fun strategy game with good controls and a simple and easy to use interface as well as adaptive/ difficult AI. The battles are epic with plenty of tactics and strategies to try..... many hours of gameplay with online multiplayer, a solid campaign and skirmish vs the AI is very well done and tough. The Developer (Bitmen Studios) is very active with the community and is very open to ideas and suggestions. He is also very helpful with gameplay tactics and tips. Biggest problem is controlling ships. They fly around and random only to get picked off by enemy ships! 30 ships are destroyed in a min, and all of a sudden 50 enemy ships pop up out of nowhere and overwhelmed you! Haft done game wish I could get my money back! ### 1/5 — No instructions *2017-02-11, version 1.2* This game comes with no instructions, and is impossible to play. Controlling troops is like trying to solve a quantum physics problem, confusing as heck and perhaps impossible! Tried to group troops together and it ends up grouping everyone together. Checked the tutorial to see if I was doing things wrong, but apparently I wasn't. This game needs some fixing. ### 2/5 — Doom *2016-03-10, version 1.2* Wow what a joke ### 2/5 — Its alright *2015-01-15, version 1.2* First off the story is poorly written, the dialogue is pretty awkward to read through, and the troop chatter is rediculously annoying. The character images as well are really uncomfortable, its like lookibg at a facebook profile picture. And the skirmish is very unbalanced, before you can even colonize another planet the enemy already is sending three capital destroyers your way, and thats on easy. Overall the game is ok, nothing special. Definitely not worth the price it's at ### 3/5 — Okay *2014-09-11, version 1.2* I have to admit it has great potential but right now it needs a lot of work but maybe one day it might just be the best game out there. ### 3/5 — Not Bad *2013-05-15, version 1.2* The game is fun but the mechanicsmare tough to get used to. there is a very good tutorial though. if your looking for ground breaking this isnt it, but if your looking for a good time for 30-60 mins this is a decent one ### 3/5 — Difficulty glitch? Not on easy mode *2013-03-19, version 1.0* First off, awesome game, graphics, ergonomics and playability --so far. --but-- i am on wet your hands and am really wringing my hands. I selected hard level. Within a minute, i am over run. There just is no way to produce enough of anything to win. I create a bunch of interceptors and they are routed faster than they can be built, or resources can be extracted. Is this a glitch? Worth the cost! *2013-12-23, version 1.2* A 200 unit build is so lame, the game itself simply cannot get big enough to truly enjoy. It is a good game, the best in this line, but to short and to lame when the enemy doesn't give you 5 minutes to get started... They know you cannot grow to big, so they attack super quick to keep the numbers low... I assume this limitation with build out is the iPad / iOS. homeworld2 for example on the PC could get in the multiples of thousands! ... 200 is incredibly small! This game is identical to homeworld 2 just much smaller, same ships, etc... No in game purchases!!, 5 stars!
