I’ve just started this app. Many of the others were teasers that required a monthly or annual fee to continue the teaser book. This one seems to grant you some extra points for additional chapters. It looks like it gives you a few points a day too. Not a lot to read many chapters, but might be a good supplement to library books. We’ll see if the quality is any good.

Great stories, but the mix of having to wait for some chapters while you can only buy some is extremely annoying.

Unfair practice

The cost of unlocking chapters increases the further along one reads. I find this practice reprehensible. If Galatea were to keep the cost minimal, I might consider using it again. However, I consider paying more than $10 for an AI written book unacceptable. Especially when I can have unlimited access to complete books on another app for $12.
