### 5/5 — Great for key stage 2 children

*2013-03-20, version 1.1*

Loved it, my year three children were fascinated, it certainly made them think. Even if they didn't understand everything they were able to ask questions and really enjoy it. " I love science," one child said.

### 5/5 — Very impressive!

*2013-03-03*

This issue of Galaxies is packed with current information. I downloaded this for my nieces and nephews, but have found myself spending more time with it than they do. The animations are top notch, the activities are engaging, and the entire app is very intuitive. I think kids (like myself) will really enjoy this. Can't wait for other issues to be available.

Can't go wrong here! Kids will learn all they want and have fun with interactive features and activities. Even as parent, I was interested in learning more. I plan to take my iPad to work (I'm a teacher) and let my class have some fun learning about the galaxies.

### 1/5 — kD apps Bad for Teachers

*2013-12-30*

Attn: Discover
TEACHERS CAN'T AFFORD TO HAVE THE BRAND-SPANKIN' NEWEST iPads...we're lucky to have v. 1 models! To make so many of your apps restricted to ios 6 or later excludes my students from many learning opportunities.

Please try to remember your main target base is unable to obtain latest-iOS hardware!

(of course, I can't review THOSE apps specifically b/c I can't download them on a v. 1 device)

### 2/5 — For me it was boring.

*2014-04-08, version 2.0*

I was hoping that the wonderful images and text allowed you to listen to an audio when you clicked on the text.

### 3/5 — One thing missing

*2017-05-06, version 2.0*
