Als gelungenes europäisches Gegenstück zu Amazon wäre doch die Bezahlmethode WERO ganz angebracht - als Euro-Alternative zu PayPal

Mega, das wir ein europäisches Amazon haben. Die App finde ich überwiegend gut, die Möglichkeit Produkte zu filtern ist meistens sehr gut, manchmal sind die Filter erwas hakelig, da vermutlich die Metadaten im PIM falsch sind. Der langsame Versand dürfte gerne auch der default sein.

Auf der Suche nach einer Alternative zu Amazon bin ich über Galaxus gestolpert. Ich finde die App übersichtlicher, es ist ein europäisches Unternehmen und die Preise sind mit Amazon vergleichbar. Nur das Sortiment ist nicht ganz so umfangreich. Aber ich komme super zurecht.

Ja, unser Sortiment ist mit 10.5 Millionen Produkten deutlich kleiner als bei Amazon. Dies hat einen Grund: Wir möchten in unserem Shop nur hochqualitative Produkte anbieten, die unsere Kunden auch langfristig glücklich machen. Dennoch sind wir ständig dabei das Sortiment zu erweitern und gehen davon aus, dass in den kommenden Jahren Millionen von zusätzlichen Produkten im Shop gelistet werden.

Mittlerweile schaue ich eher bei Galaxus als bei Amazon ob ich dort die Produkte bekomme kann. Die Preise sind fair, der Versand ist zügig und der Service ist gut. 

Die App selbst ist auch gut aufgebaut, schnell übersichtlich und nicht zu überladen.

Ich hätte gerne eine Funktion um kurz nach der Bestellung noch etwas hinzufügen oder zu ändern

Es wird ein Zeitrahmen von mehreren Tagen angegeben, zu wann die Ware geliefert wird, ohne eine Angabe welcher Versanddienst die Ware ausliefert und ohne Sendungsverfolgungsnummer. So wartet man wie früher vor 30 Jahren auf die Quelle oder Neckermann Bestellungen, auf gut Glück dass man Zuhause ist, wenn der Bote klingelt😞😞😞

**Developer response:** Das ist wirklich ärgerlich - und komisch. Eigentlich sollte das nicht vorkommen. Bei Lieferungen ab unserem Lager gibt es immer eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer auf der ein Lieferdatum hinterlegt ist. Allerdings gibt es noch sogenannte Marktplatzartikel - also Produkte, die nicht ab unserem eigenen Lager sondern von Dritten versendet werden. Hier ist der Verkäufer für den Versand und somit für die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer zuständig. Diese sollte jedoch standardmässig immer inkludiert sein. Bei der nächsten Bestellung sieht das wieder besser aus.

Ich habe bisher mehrere Pc-Komponenten bei Galaxus gekauft und bin äußerst zufrieden. 

Die Bestellungen waren einfach und die Bezahlung via Mastercard verlief schnell und reibungslos. 

Besonders gefällt mir die Möglichkeit, Produkte intuitiv in den Warenkorb zu legen und als Merkliste zu speichern - sehr benutzerfreundlich. 

Insgesamt ein großartiges Einkaufserlebnis, das ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Ich habe gestern das erste Mal in diesem Shop bestellt und war von Beginn an positiv überrascht. Das User Interface der App sieht sehr kundenfreundlich aus. Es gibt viele Informationen zum Produkt und auch Community Inhalte. Die Preise sind sehr gut und das Beste: Ich habe an einem Feiertag abends bestellt und am nächsten Tag morgens habe ich direkt die Versandbestätigung erhalten. Wow
