Twice got the same story, calling a cab via app shows that car will be in approx 5 min. Couple Minutes later booking dissapears and you don’t know whatbis going on. Calling uber. once back home Galaxy driver calling that he is waiting (approx 15 min later). So despite you not using service due to faulty app still charged . My friend used it to order us a taxi this evening, he specified a time, our car arrived a few minutes early and rang to make sure we would be outside. The cat itself may well have been for 4 passengers, but certainly not comfortable. The back set would be great for 3 children, not 3 good size adults! However it is so annoying and inconvenient that the 'pick me up' time is completely inaccurate.
