As above app keeps crashing when trying to make a booking

The app is good but I can't seem to add my card so I always have to pay by cash, any reason for this or does this just simply not work?

It constantly comes up with sorry your taxi cannot be booked so I end up having to ring anyway! When it does let me book one its a good app!

Cab itself is ok, but the app useless.
Twice got the same story, calling a cab via app shows that car will be in approx 5 min. Couple Minutes later booking dissapears and you don’t know whatbis going on.
Calling uber.
once back home Galaxy driver calling that he is waiting (approx 15 min later). So despite you not using service due to faulty app still charged . Never again

I have used this company for years now and always use the app, as I like the fact I can easily pay by card and track the car on its way. However it is so annoying and inconvenient that the 'pick me up' time is completely inaccurate. Always add on 10mins to the time it states to get a more accurate pick up time!

Great app for local taxis..

Few bugs.

Never picks up the correct address.
Signs you out like everyday and have to sign back in (not ideal for funky email addresses and long passwords)

I have used Galaxy Cars for 15 years. I downloaded this app and probably won’t use it. My friend used it to order us a taxi this evening, he specified a time, our car arrived a few minutes early and rang to make sure we would be outside. The cat itself may well have been for 4 passengers, but certainly not comfortable. The back set would be great for 3 children, not 3 good size adults! (good size being 2 34 waist men and a size 16 woman)
Skinny people go for it!! 😂
