### 3/5 — Fun game, not for strategy player

*2022-02-28, version 1.3.11*

Was very fun to start. I play strategically and was let down that after saving for upgrades it becomes a craps shoot as to what you get because you can only select from a wide group and most of what you get ends up of zero benefit. You can build your fleet but then your limited to fleet stat size. Long story short it’s a great time consumer if you just want to play around, but if your a strategy player I would advise to keep looking.

### 4/5 — Great game just needs a few features

*2021-03-29, version 1.3.9*

I love this game great little space fleet combat sim. I took off one star because you can’t transfer accounts between devices. I had to restart when I got my iPad. Also the first 5 levels you have to follow the pointer finger which I hate when games do that without an option to ignore or bypass it. Over all an awesome game.

### 4/5 — Sound off

*2020-01-27, version 1.3.2*

Just got around to trying this game, it’s pretty awesome! Only complaint is the sound controls, I like sound completely off some of the time while multitasking with videos playing on iPad using PiP, and while I am happy to be able to turn off game sound, it seems it doesn’t relinquish complete control as I have to turn the device sound up to hear video apps while the game is open, then when closing game sound is suddenly way too high for the playing video. So maybe there is some sort of dev control setting a lower sound percentage when game opens.

### 4/5 — Good stuff

*2019-09-14, version 1.3.2*

Galaxy reaver is a great game it has many great features such as the great graphics, the good designs of the ships, that it also has a simple story line. The only thing that I don’t like very much is that, as of now, I am still waiting for the multi player part of the game to come out. I started about a year ago and it said that multiplayer was coming out soon but after about a year still nothing. Other than that it is a great game to play.

### 4/5 — Reasonable, practical and fun.

*2019-05-16, version 1.3.2*

I am just beginning the game- level 7 ships-and I keep waiting for that moment when I won’t be able to advance without putting down some money, but I haven’t gotten there yet. I can hear someone saying,”oh but you will, soon enough .” Maybe, but in the meantime, I must say that, so far, so good. There are generous rewards and upgrades and the things which do cost are reasonable. There are also many free practical rewards, and additionally, watching a few short advertisements-optional-are worth the time. Each new challenge seems fair, and if you are the dominating sort, you have immediate access to the most powerful ships and weapons—for a fair price.

### 4/5 — Good, but room for improvement.

*2019-02-05, version 1.3.2*

It’s a good game, though later in the game I would have liked to see a bit more story, or maybe have different choices you can choose between as well (like which planet to go to) Late game is mostly grinding for those few weapons and ships you need. Overall, this is one of the best free ship games I know, considering the graphics are much better than some others, and it feels like you actually are watching a space battle unfold.

### 3/5 — Fun RTS space combat game with minor flaws

*2019-01-25, version 1.3.2*

Once you’re past the railroaded tutorial phase, it’s a pretty fun game. The combat feels challenging without overwhelming, at least in the lower levels I’ve played so far.

The in game currency seems restrictive but not a choke hold that prevents you from playing and winning. It feels nicely balanced where I’d you play a little here and there you can still play without paying too much. I don’t like the random loot box aspect of purchasing equipment, but you get enough equipment in story play that I think it’s acceptable.

But there’s a lot of minor issues. Things like text descriptions cut off, or weird grammar problems are all over the place. It feels like it is poorly translated. The funniest error is “pinch in to zoom in” and it functions in the opposite (and expected) manner where you pinch in to zoom OUT. The (zoom out) opposite advice is also backwards from the functionality. The only slightly frustrating issue is that you can’t zoom out enough to see a large part of the battle field in the prebattle setup, and what you can see is incredibly small and hard to manage for targeting.

One annoying thing is that you get “new supply” notifications. But at some point either you level past being able to collect those, or they changed the interface so you can’t see a button for it. Support links are also non-existent. Should probably drop to three starts for that

### 5/5 — Finished in an hour one star

*2018-12-03, version 1.2.31*

This game has 16 missions. There’s 4 unknown missions on the last screen but no matter how many times or how well you win level 16, there isn’t any content past it. You can genuinely beat this entire game in a single hour free to play. I can’t even see the point in the paid options given there’s nothing that can even beat the ships GIVEN to you let alone the ships you BUY?
Add more missions and I’ll pay money. This game has satisfied me in so many ways I’ve never imagined but the serious lack in content makes it practically worthless.
When submitting this one star review I had to set it to 4-5 in order to have a valid “nickname”

### 5/5 — A surprise to be sure but a welcome one

*2018-11-21, version 1.2.29*

(CREATORS PLS READ) This game is absolutely amazing and I have no problems with it at all, I only have suggestions for you creators. First of all you need to add the ship on the icon into the game and you should add more ship types, like maybe frigate spawned ship that would spawn mini frigates that have a lifetime and a total amount(heavy carrier). Or a repair ship or equipment that can have an aura of healing or just itself.

### 3/5 — Fun game with annoying controls

*2018-11-02, version 1.2.29*

Game is fun but a problem with the controls is forcing the 3*. When I hit a tactical command it frequently applies a course correction for the area of space near the command button(bottom left corner of screen). A lot of times this causes me to waste boosts and directional/aimed weapons. I can’t use tactical command beam weapons anymore because it’s a waste of equipment slots. Tried on two devices, the problem gets worse on smaller screens. Main device I play on is an iPad, I don’t want play on my phone until this gets fixed 🤷‍♂️. This problem makes playing difficult missions even harder so I’m forced to grind until I’m over powered to compensate. Please fix

### 5/5 — Simply amazing

*2018-09-03, version 1.2.24*

This game really is awesome. I could not put it down for hours and hours. Very addictive!!! Being able to grind stages over again and again without having to wait for energy or something else like in other games is a blessing. The fun-factor is as great as the graphics are. Although there are many times i wish I could zoom out more in combat. This game is a breath of fresh air!!! Thanks a ton and please keep working on it. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I just had to for you guys!!!

So I do have one-two problems that I would like to address, and there may be around this problem I don’t know, do to i have only been playing 2 days. Anyway, I as I said above I played for about 8-10 hrs in one sitting on my iPad. In the morning, I downloaded the game on my phone, did the tutorial and started looking for a way to get my progress onto my phone from the iPad. I have still not been successful with this. The second issue is, I have made two small purchases on the game. Now I should have known better, but the iPad I used was my kids iPad, and they deleted it before I could ask them not to. After re-downloading the game it seams as though all my progress has been lost. Please help, or fix in next update so these two minor problems can be resolved and others won’t have to go through it.

### 5/5 — 不错的感觉

### 5/5 — Wonderful game

*2018-07-04, version 1.2.23*

I love the game and think the mechanics are just about perfect this game also has a lot of room for improvement which is a good sign in any games some of the things you could do is add a couple more ships also maybe add other exploits for people to go on. Next if you can make your space weapons and shields part of sets or at least make a set in its own category of rarity.

### 3/5 — Mission timer

*2018-07-01, version 1.2.23*

The game overall is good. the graphics are detailed and colorful There’s a massive weapon variety and it doesn’t get boring easily. But my major problem is not the lack of ships of the time you have to wait for your ships to repair but the mission timer. There’s been countless times were am about to destroy the last enemy ship and I technically won since my
Y ship still have plenty of health and are in good condition but the damm timer rans out. Am not that mad that I lose the mission but the fact that you don’t get any rewards whatsoever. So now I have to go back and replay previous missions over and over again just to deal that extra 50 damage to kill the ship before time rans our. It’s extremely annoying if am to delete this app am sure it would be because of that reason.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Galaxy reaver

*2021-04-14, version 1.3.9*

Great little game, unfortunately they have now put out a new version of this game called galaxy Reavers2,...and it’s entirely about the money period. Progress is very slow with or without money. What was extremely fun and challenging has now turned into something entirely different. Your voice will fall upon death ears and worse,......your money will simply disappear as will your time and energy. Don’t waste your time on something that started out extremely rare and as much fun as it was to play and talk about amongst ourselves has now fallen so far .

### 1/5 — Broken cash grab

*2019-07-21, version 1.3.2*

Only rated this higher than one star so it would be seen. Cool concept and graphics, unfortunately the devs are scumbags. Many parts are broken, such as the gift and supply features forcing players to pay real money in order to progress at a reasonable rate. If you do pay money be aware that if you ever lose your game data or switch devices you will lose all your purchases with no way to restore. In addition the email address they provide is run on a non existent server, so don’t bother trying to contact them. If anything it seems they have abandoned the game as they have been advertising a multiplayer function for well over a year. This could have been a great game but the devs clearly don’t care

### 1/5 — Very frustrating.

*2019-06-21, version 1.3.2*

Game has glitch. When trying to get the free Khorium or the gift, you get an error message saying “ in the ad loading. Please try again later” it’s hard to reap any benefit from that because it’s nearly constant. Makes it nearly impossible to get any resources from that option, making you having to pay REAL money for those resources. I understand you prefer the latter options but if you ARE going to offer the free option, then they should be accessible. Can this please be remedied or you will be in danger of doing what Star Trek fleet command did. Force people to pay large amounts to get anywhere in the game and make the in-game avenues for resource gathering absolutely not worth the effort forcing people into the other methods. That’s why that game is losing money. You don’t even see ads for the game anymore. You’re headed that way. Can this issue please be fixed please. I wouldn’t recommend this game to anyone. It’s set up to empty your wallet. It “offers” free resources ( as pitifully small that it is ) then won’t let you have access to it so you frustratingly buy your resources. Classic bait and switch.

### 1/5 — Refund requested, beware of spending money

*2018-01-23, version 1.2.21*

First off, great game. But, unfortunately my experience with their Facebook page, I must say they earned a one star rating. So, my phone was destroyed in an unfortunate accident in the garage, to the point where nothing could recover it. I lived out in the country with very little access to the internet so I couldn’t upload stuff to the cloud, regularly. Perhaps they’d be helpful and just load the funds back on the game as gems, nope. They refused and have not as of yet reply to further support inquiries.
So, if you’re going to spend money on the game... this may happen to you.

### 1/5 — Sad and Unfortunate

*2017-12-21, version 1.2.21*

Sadly, this game does not have any way to save information. If you are looking for a game to play long term, I don’t recommend this. It is fun, but unfortunately when I got a new phone, all of the data from the game vanished. I spent a good amount of money in game, I know, shouldn’t have done it in the first place, but I thought that this game was fun enough to actually spend money on. If the game had been able to save my profile I would be giving a good review, but here I am. There is no way to skip the tedious and repetitive tutorial, no save data, and no way to restore purchases if the game messes up, which it frequently does. The game is a waste of money, but a good waste of time if you’re interested and don’t mind restarting everything once in a while. Too bad I do mind.

### 2/5 — Fun game for a while

*2019-09-22, version 1.3.2*

The game is really fun until you hit level 60. Then you’re severely outnumbered and out gunned.
General gripes:
The enemy can call in reinforcements. You can’t. You’re stuck with 4 ships per mission.
You’re 4 ship fleet is limited to certain ships and you cant go over that limit. Ex- You can’t have a fleet of 4 titans.
As you reach higher levels, your weapons don’t necessarily keep up with your level- I’m in the 60s now and my prizes and rewards are still more often than not green (lvl 2) or blue (lvl 3). Lvl 4 and 5 are more rare than they should be.
I understand in game purchases but if I’m going to buy them, I don’t want to waste real $ to buy “khorium” only to get useless lvl 2&3 rewards when spending “khorium”.
The developer is Chinese (from their website), but spend a little money and hire someone to spell/grammar check your interface.

The gameplay still has more potential, just need to tweak it a little.

### 2/5 — It’s fun but...

*2018-08-17, version 1.2.24*

It is not connected or supported by Game Center like the dev claims. The game crashes a lot on iPhone 8+. There is no restore of purchases. The free currency video adds in the game and gifts crash the game. The camera is terrible, it lets you move it but it moves back. The settings are remedial, and don’t have any real options to change any controls or anything else for that matter. But it is fun, and if you don’t have any issues like I am having then it is definitely worth looking at. Just make sure you don’t spend any real money on it until you know what you’re getting into.

### 2/5 — Terrible controls, paper-thin depth to game

*2018-06-27, version 1.2.23*

Pretty pictures, great promise. However, doesn’t live up to expectations, not by a long shot.

I’m struggling to decide which worst feature. I’m going to go with the controls. You simply cannot control the camera effectively in any sort of combat scenario. With a fleet, ships split up and invariably, you end up with one or more ships off camera and hopefully lost. Ships don’t always follow your command. Do what they want. Ultimately, you end up becoming a passive observer watching a battle you have little to no control over.

The depth to the game is paper-thin. Now you know you really have no tactical control over the battle or the ships, what’s left? You can moderate control over the ships’ compliments of technology. That’s really about it. Need to spend actual money to get anything interesting, but I still haven’t identified anything that adds any depth to the game whatsoever.

This will be fun for about 20 minutes, max, then you’ll be looking for something else. Don’t waste your time that you’ll never get back.

### 2/5 — Won't work with IPad mini 2

*2018-03-06, version 1.2.21*

I have this game on my iPhone 6s and it generally works great. It's sometimes glitchy. But today I loaded it on my iPad mini 2 and the game just keeps crashing. Also, don't expect for your saved game to cross over to your other devices. Nope. You have to start all over again. So I've deleted the game and will only play it on my phone. It's a fun addicting game otherwise. And as some others have said - a greater selection of ships would be an awesome addition.

I just don't understand why it won't work on my iPad. The graphics aren't that awesome,

### 2/5 — Lost my progress

*2017-11-19, version 1.2.20*

To start off, the email they have in the app which I presume to be their support email is invalid.
Also, I used to play this game for a while about 6-12 months ago and had acquired the titan and several of the more expensive ships and armaments as well as beat the levels between 30-50. I lost all of this progress when I just redownloaded the game today. I have previously redownloaded the game about 6 months ago and had no problems getting my account back but this time had no such luck. I don't know why I did not get my account back this time and the devs should make sure old players can get their progress back or else that is a huge turnoff for many people.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Better than expected

*2020-05-19, version 1.3.2*

I had minimal hope this app would be any good but it far exceeded my expectations! Nice graphics and combat is easy to start. I'll be looking forward to updates (with more story line?).
My only complaint is about the supply drops; where did they go? Is there a secret limit to the number one gets?
May I please have them back?

### 5/5 — Into the stars!

*2020-05-06, version 1.3.2*

This is a fun interactive galaxy adventure game. Got tons of fun ships to use and kind of has a Star Wars kinda feel, or Star Trek. One of the two, but it’s a cool game and you got to have it. I do notice one problem though. I’ve gotten some glitch where if I turn it spins all over the place and I can’t control my ships that well. Minor thing to fix but other than that it’s boat loads of fun and now back to the stars to continue my adventure!

### 5/5 — Needs online I wish devs would pick it back up

*2019-12-13, version 1.3.2*

This game is great. My only complaint is the cap on the quality of ships you can have in one fleet at a time but other than that a lot of fun. I really wish an update would come to this game adding more ships and some kind of online play unfortunately looks like the creators of this game aren’t doing anymore updates.

### 5/5 — Bigger fleets

*2019-09-30, version 1.3.2*

Galaxy reapers is an awesome really fun game but I think there should be bigger flights maybe max up to like six ships allowing for bigger scale battlesMaybe some new ships and new weapons would be cool but mostly bigger fleet bigger fleet would be awesome so many more possibilities already pretty much only play this game but with bigger fleet I’ll be playing it all the time that would be awesome also I think the timer stupid like when you’re about to destroy an enemy ship and it’s like on 1% health the timer ends and you lose the battle like I think that’s stupid I hate that this game needs to be worked on

### 5/5 — Wow love it

*2019-02-16, version 1.3.2*

Ok so I love it but a few ideas
1:can you make it multiplayer
2: if there is one last ship that is heavily damaged maybe you could give the player a choice to take it and fix it or to destroy it
3:can you add a lot more ships
4:maybe you could make the game where you can give your ships designs and upgrades
5:maybe you could add special ships like a transporter where you could call it in and it would give you supplies or a repair ship
6:So maybe you could add something where you can control individual ships or control whole fleets
7:last one. Maybe you could fight with people like an alliance or you could give people ships permanently or temporarily.

### 5/5 — Spaceship wars

*2019-01-02, version 1.3.2*

Developers; missiles should do more damages. They are limited in the number of times they can fire and can be intercepted. Even if they don’t miss, currently, the same level ballistics or lasers will do more damage than the missiles so their are no reasons to equip them. Since they are limited by ammo count, they should be worth it to equip and feared by opponents. Examples: if it can fire only once - increase damage 5x, it can fire 3-5 times - increase damage by 4x. Basically make rockets worth equipping. Same with tactical stuff.

### 5/5 — Got Cheated

*2018-12-19, version 1.3.1*

I really liked this game! Liked it so much that I have put money into it.
One day, when I opened the game, all my data was gone. Even my trophies were wiped clean.
I tried contacting the devs on their FB page, but no response.
It really is sad, but I had to delete the game. I'm not going to play a game that cheats you out of your money. Future or current players beware!

### 5/5 — Simply Amazing

*2018-12-04, version 1.2.31*

YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING. This is one of the best games in the store and its for good reason. Five stars for amazing content and gameplay. But this game really lacks in a few things.

1. Ships
There just isn't enough of them. I want to build a really good and unique fleet, but with such a limited amount of ships to choose from, it’s really hard. But the amount of weapons makes up for that so I’m not complaining. I just want more ships.

2. Diversity in missions
The missions just seem the same to me. I know they get increasingly difficult but it’s always just “destroy the fleet” or “protect this” and there just needs to be more.

Overall I love this game and I hope there are updates in the future because you guys really have a lot here. Thanks for making an amazing game.
