App is total garbage doesn’t alarm…crashes on replay .

With this new update, this useless app is always “connecting 0%...” With every new update, it gets slower and slower. Switching surveillance cameras as we do not feel safe running this app.

I am now unable to watch my playbacks - what is the point in having this if I can’t go back and view what my camera recorded?!

Constantly have to reboot the iPad to get this app to work.  Been complaining for months, but no action.  Finally had to change to Guard Viewer.
