However it’s saying my username is incorrect when resetting my password. There is no info about who to contact in order to get this information. I’ve asked my broker and he’s as confused as I am. ### 5/5 — Easy & convenient! *2023-01-18, version 2022.11.0* I was able to sign up with the email provided by my Gallagher rep. I can conveniently view my policies, account details and my liability slip all within the app. ### 5/5 — Policy Info at My Fingertips *2023-01-18, version 2022.11.0* The app provides important insurance policy information, and I see you’re able to report a claim through the app (I don’t know how well claim reporting works since I haven’t had a claim to report). Everyone who gave one star reviews from a year ago say that they couldn’t set up their account in the app. In my case, I registered on-line first, then installed the app, and I didn’t have any issues.
