The wheel of death would just spin. Reaching out to Tech support yielded nothing. Why? Because it wants to open the app to get you in touch. Tried everything then put a review here stating the issue. Well I had already updated, (see the first sentence) so I deleted and reinstalled and now (as I feared) all my pictures are gone.
