## What is Gallows & Friends?

A retro word game with a pixel-art twist. 

ARCADE MODE
Random words fetched fresh each round. Choose your difficulty — Easy, Normal, or Hard — and the game picks words to match, scoring them by length, rare letters, and vowel ratio. Use hints when you're stuck. Filter by word length to match your skill level.

PASS & PLAY
Challenge a friend on the same device. Take turns setting secret words for each other. Play best-of-3, 5, 7, or go unlimited.

DICTIONARY
Every word you play is saved with its definition. Build your vocabulary as you go.
