## What is Galos UK?

Galos - Awesome, mouth-watering, exciting - Think Med sun-ripened rich sweetness, florals, fresh zing to Tex-Mex smoky spices, sticky sweet, warming, and mellow.   The taste of two continents wrapped, mac'ed, pulled ‘n’ packed with serious flavour. Maybe it's the loaded pulled pork wrap, the Louisiana style ribs with sticky BBQ sauce, the homemade mac n cheese, or simply fresh super greens... The ones that make you your tummy twitch and shout – feed me!    We’re proud of our food and we work with suppliers that take the same level of care and attention to their products that we take to our cooking. That’s why we use fresh and quality ingredients and prepare our food fresh daily, in store.   Straight from our ovens, right to your door!
