I just tried to use this app for the first time in a while, and it hangs when submitting an issue. 

I checked the developers web site, and Galt, CA is not listed as an available city, which suggests that the city has stopped paying for this service.

This is a great app! very user-friendly and effective. I appreciate how easy it is to connect with the City and report issues directly through the app.
