التطبيق حاليا غير نافع ولا يرتقي الى مستوى ان يسمى تطبيق .. يحتاج الى اعادة تصميم وبرمجة والاهتمام الاحترافي بفعالية وظائف التطبيق ولا ان يكون فقط واجهة غير فعالة وفيها الكثير من القصور في التصميم والتنفيذ والإدارة.. ورسالة الخطأ الحساب غير موثق تظهر عند محاولة تسجيل الدخول من غير سبب واضح و ارشاد رغم انه كان يتم الدخول سابقا

I didn’t like the user experience and interface at al. Police are there to give you tickets while they break the law. It’s like they are above the law but you are nothing. Cameras to give you tickets are actually internationally prohibited but of course in Jordan they love to make money easily. Unprofessional system

حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل، الشرطة تعمل لمخالفة الشعب وكسب المال وليس تطبيق القانون وتنظيم السير. الشرطة نفسها تخالف القانون وحصل هذا امامي ١٠٠ مرة ولكن اذا تكلمت معه سيدمر حياتك لانه مصدق

App is full of bugs and sometimes work and sometimes not just like the government 

App feels like 90s. Very annoying colors and unprofessional UI

The app is extremely disappointing. It lacks basic features, not user-friendly, and crashes every second. The design is awful, and navigation is unclear. I can't trust this app for any basic task, how can i use it for important tasks like making payments!!! Significant improvements are needed for it to be reliable.

I believe GAM should work on a much much better and advanced app which reflects its image . Before you talk about smart cities you better work on a smart app to begin with

نمتنى منكم دعم النسخة الأخيرة من نظام تشغيل iOS 13 الا وهي دعم النظام ذو الخلفية السوداء او ايقاف دعمها في التطبيق الى حين دعمها
خصوصاً في شاشة المخالفات الخلفية تكون سوداء وصعوبة قراءة ما هو مكتوب فيها
