I placed a bet with thinking I would get a 30$ bonus because it said place any bet over -200 odds to get a bonus bet. I placed a parlay because I wanted better odds but my base play was -147. Since it was bet with something else it didn’t count but none of the terms stated this. I have since taken legal action to recover lost time and for misrepresentation cause I know I’m not the only one I had to make sure everyone is aware and careful. Anyway, I heard from a friend that this disastrous app has actually gotten a lot better recently, so I downloaded it again to check it out. But I can’t log into my previous account OR create a new one without calling customer service. So that’s a no thanks from me. Predatory, buggy, not secure *2024-01-16* I was warned about this app but it’s even worse than I thought. - You cannot withdraw funds if you decide you don’t want to bet. They literally steal your money. - The most recent 5 star ratings of this app are literally written by ChatGPT. - App is extremely buggy. Extremely easy to deposit, very difficult to withdraw funds. - - Withdrawing funds goes through a very sketchy 3rd party payment system. Its very easy to lose track of where your money is going. There is no confirmation receipt that detail exactly what happened on the transaction. The app crashed while I tried to do my first withdrawal and $500 just disappeared. There is no in-app support. Email support is very disorganized.
