Your buttons and everything is so out of proportion that it gets hidden away and you can’t even press it! Am honestly so disappointed and angry. 😡 ### 3/5 — Capturing Bank Card Details *2023-06-05, version 3.3.1* It would be great to have the option to store the bank card details in your App so that I don’t have to capture them every time I make a payment via the App; unless of course if your App is not secure enough. Also, I hope I will not be receiving a call or an email or an sms reminding me to pay from tomorrow onwards, like it used to happen previously. This can be very agitating, when one has already paid via one channel and your collection channel is not updated on time. ### 2/5 — Slow load times *2023-05-25, version 3.3.1* App has very slow load times when payment are being processed ### 2/5 — User Interface *2023-04-17, version 3.2.0* On iOS once you input your pin and click enter it doesn’t automatically log you in. You still have to click the sign in button, which also moves on the screen as you transition from the entering the pin. Been late for payments because I cannot login to pay my account. It has been like this for years also!
