All the paid heroes are so overpowered compared to the free heroes a new player gets. You can barely win using the free heroes, which are basically rubbish, when your opponents have all the paid, powerful heroes. Plus, the matchmaking algorithm manipulates your win rate by letting you choose the heroes which are vastly inferior to the heroes your opponents can choose. Such a shame.
