Can’t see what you’re typing and can’t copy/paste information. ### 1/5 — Past saving *2024-12-13* So the app used to be pretty decent, back before they changed the whole loyalty rewards to the current rubbish. Had more than a few issues, although not only from the app but their website too. Seems you can get all the way to your order payment, but if you prefer to use PayPal as some of us do due to buyer protection along with being able to split payments into 3, then everything goes through as expected, payment gets taken and then you’re stuck in a loop of payment choice and nothing further after that. PayPal refunds after 24 hrs but I’d rather the purchase go through as I’ve missed out on a lot of deals due to this. Tried contacting customer services, get the generic email about having my issue and someone will reply up to 14 days due to busy time of year, then they just send another automated response that the issue has been resolved and no longer needing to speak to anyone. Very very poor considering i always use Game to purchase my items.
