## What is GameCard Sports?

GameCard is the easiest way to run a youth sports team: any sport, any age group, any league. Stop juggling spreadsheets, group texts, and paper lineup cards. GameCard automatically builds fair, balanced lineups for you, keeps every parent in the loop with real-time chat, and syncs your entire schedule to everyone's calendar automatically.

Try it instantly: every new account comes with a full demo team already loaded (roster, games, practices, and lineups), so you can explore everything before touching your real team.

ALL SPORTS
GameCard has built-in support for Baseball, Softball, and Soccer, and a Custom Sport option for anything else: flag football, lacrosse, basketball, you name it. Define your own positions, and the app adapts to your sport's rules.

AUTOMATED, FAIR GAME LINEUPS
This is GameCard's core feature: a smart algorithm that generates fielding rotations and batting orders for every game.
• Balances fairness (everyone gets meaningful playing time and position variety) with competitiveness (stronger players get harder positions)
• Automatically re-evaluates the whole rotation the moment a player is marked absent, or added back
• Lock in a specific player-to-position assignment without locking the whole lineup
• A dedicated In-Game Mode gives you a big, dugout-friendly screen at the field: track the batting order, mark the last out, and add a late-arriving player mid-game, all without losing your place
• Print a clean, single-page game card for the dugout

REAL-TIME TEAM CHAT
Ditch the group text. Every team gets its own chat thread shared by every coach and parent on the roster.
• Messages appear instantly on both sides, no refreshing needed
• Send photos
• Push notifications the moment a parent messages you, even with the app closed
• Optionally also send a message as an email, for anyone who doesn't have the app open

SCHEDULES THAT SYNC THEMSELVES
• Import your entire season from your league's calendar link in one step
• The schedule stays in sync automatically as your league updates it: new games, time changes, and cancellations flow through on their own
• Track practices too, with drills and attendance, separate from games

AUTOMATIC REMINDERS
GameCard sends a game-day and practice-day reminder automatically, so nobody shows up to the wrong field at the wrong time. Fully configurable: turn either on or off anytime.

BUILT FOR PARENTS TOO
Parents get their own portal, no password required, just a one-tap sign-in link.
• See every upcoming game and practice for every child, on every team, rolled into a single calendar
• Subscribe to that calendar in Apple Calendar or any calendar app, and it updates automatically
• Mark a player as not attending a game or practice, directly from their phone
• Volunteer for game-day snacks, and see teammates' dietary restrictions and allergies so they know what's safe to bring
• Message the coach directly through team chat

EVERYONE ON YOUR TEAM CAN JOIN
Assistant coaches and parents join instantly with a simple link, no account setup or password required, so the whole team stays connected from day one.

BUILT FOR COACHES AND LEAGUE ADMINISTRATORS
Whether you're running a single team or helping coordinate an entire recreation league, GameCard scales with you, from one team's roster to a full season across every team in your program.

Free to use, with nothing to configure to get started. Sign in and your demo team is waiting.
