Also for each game it makes you put in an email only for it to say error so even if you have previously purchased games they will not work! Worse is for each game it makes you sign up, offered me a free month then it did the same thing to play another game..when I looked at my subscription I had 3 subscriptions to game club! I have never seen this happen elsewhere as it would stop you from multiple subscriptions but these slimy devs will not. They must be from a foreign country as no one gets in touch with you and the service is appalling. I ended up buying the subscription 3 times in 2 days with the same email just for them to say i don’t have it and that i have to buy it again. Total fuxkin scam all they want is your money. Messaged them 37 times so far and keep getting the same response. Some figured I will keep giving them bad reviews until they fix it like they promised. ### 1/5 — No Support At All *2024-07-12, version 1.0.47* After attempting to reach out to customer support several months, through their website, which never respomded, emails that only responded with identical bot non helpful responses, I've come to the conclusion that either GameClub doesn't care about their customers or they're out of business. I've canceled the subscription and deleted all games associated with GameClub. Use this app at your own risk. ### 1/5 — Wonderful games, horrible service *2024-06-22* I subscribed to GameClub for only one game: Hatch. I’ve been unable to even log into the game or the GameClub app for two weeks, and the only response I’ve gotten from their Customer Service department was what appeared to be a form letter saying “we’re working on it”. Cartoon wars 2 would be a great addition to this app and others but regardless the app is good ### 5/5 — 5 star customer service *2021-03-19* Gameclub has fantastic customer support, if you’ve ever owned any game prior to gameclubs ownership of it, they’ll fully unlock it to you free of charge, and if there’s any issues with them not being able to find the purchase on iTunes, you can message their customer service with proof of purchase and they’ll fix you're problem in around 24 hours, not to mention their membership of $5 a month allows you to play tons of games for free that you usually would've had to buy individually, if your someone who games a lot, that’s can save you some cash overall. Not to mention they keep their games up to date with the current IOS software, so you don’t have to worry about their games becoming outdated!
