Consistent 10+ day shipping delays for games. Every game beyond my first rental has required me to mark the disc as never received to actually get a disc shipped out to me. Very unreliable service for Seattle, will get you about 2 games a month, if you’re lucky. Stick with retail games stores if you can.

I have had gamefly for years but they take lot time to decide on a game after you send one back then they take long time for you to actually get it and when you say that you haven’t gotten yet they blame it on the mail service. When i first started this account i only had to wait few days not a week to play them but i like how many games they have!!!
