I love the story games and the old layout for this app had them all organized by series. And even just gave you a way to look at all of the games in a full catalogue but I’m not sure if the company has partnered with a new organization or what but nothings the same. You can’t really find things easily anymore. Everything is so confusing and you have to use the search function but what if I just wanted to see the new story games and get into a different series? Unless it’s recommended on the home page, there’s really no way to see them. I even notice they’re trying to change the style of art used on the app thumbnails which is weird. Like they’re doing it for the older games too. Why not keep the old art for the older games and change it for the newer ones? It feels like the company is going in the wrong direction with this app but maybe it’s just in an optimization phase. Fingers crossed! **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! Especially when you only want to play one game. On to other games. Been a member since I was a kid they use to have so many games. ### 2/5 — New look/update *2025-12-17, version 6.3.2* The new update does bring some great features however I am finding it hard to navigate/search for games. Ex. Searching “emily” only brings up two games from the delicious series. Not ideal when trying to search certain games to continue the story. Game House says it’s a glow up!? NO IT IS NOT!! The new style is terrible! I want to see every game in a series and know when a new one is coming out. I have given a lot of money to game house. It says play with adverts, which is fine. But when you press the level, it kicks you out and takes you to join premium. I absolutely love my gamehouse games, but I can’t afford the subscription which is why I play with adverts. Before I could just scroll through all the games in a list and download what I wanted. Now I have to search to find anything, and my subscription isn’t being recognized. It just made it so much harder to find games and have the games organized in the app. No one really wants to play daily games that have nothing to do with the main games that are supposed to be distributed. On top of that you took away the cards that most of us have taken a lot of time to collect and some of us did not even get to finish to collections. I understand wanting to update and give it a new look, but this is too much at one time with no warning whatsoever. Adding new features to the app would’ve been great as a test to see how customers react. To completely change everything overnight, it’s too much. **Developer response:** gamehouse+ has had a glow-up! You’ll find a wider mix of games, instant play, and an easier way to discover what fits your vibe. Every month I have to contact support because I am unable to play a new game as my membership is not recognized. I had to cancel the subscription and renew it again so I can play anything they have so far. But, if by any chance they have new games out, I would run into the same problem. I’ve contacted support several times and they never fix the problem. Having to have chemotherapy due to a cancer I enjoyed playing these games during my treatment treatments. But now I’m so disappointed that I cannot purchase a full game. Even when it went up five dollars I purchased the game so I could play it whenever. I do not see an option now to purchase the full game without buying a subscription. I pay to play the game and have contacted support four times and nothing is changing. Games are freezing, can’t play daily games and some of the downloaded games keep crashing! Mir gefiel sie vorher besser, zu sehen, in welcher Reihenfolge die Spiele erschienen sind und somit am besten gespielt werden. Für die Chronologie insbesondere die Einführung neuer Charaktere ist es ja von Bedeutung, welches Spiel zuerst da war. Das kommt nun gar nicht mehr zur Ansicht. Und auch die Neuankündigung für künftige Spiele fand ich vorher besser. Jetzt sehe ich fast nur noch Kommentare und Rezensionen von anderen Spielern.
