The website was user-friendly, the game selection was impressive, and the ordering process was smooth and quick. I received my game on time, and the disc itself was in excellent condition — it played flawlessly with no issues whatsoever. However, I did notice that the disc box condition was average at best. It had a few scratches and, unfortunately, some slimy residue on the cover, which was a bit off-putting. While this didn’t affect the functionality of the game, a cleaner and better-maintained box would’ve definitely improved the overall experience. That said, Game Loot still delivered on what matters most — a working game, great pricing, and prompt delivery. If they can improve their quality control on packaging, they’d be close to perfect. Pre owned CD worked absolutely fine. *2026-08-08* I recently purchased God of War Ragnarök from GameLoot, and since it was a pre-owned game disc, I was a bit apprehensive because this was my first purchase from them. However, the entire experience turned out to be very good. The order was placed smoothly, and the delivery arrived within 3–4 days. Most importantly, the disc worked perfectly and felt as good as buying a new one. Based on my experience, I can say that people can trust GameLoot for purchasing pre-owned game discs. That said, I want to highlight an important issue with the iOS app. The app crashes very frequently. In many cases, it does not open at all, and even when it does, I have to try 8–9 times before it finally works. This is a major usability problem and should be fixed as soon as possible. If you notice any scratches or pre-existing marks, immediately email GameLoot with clear photos and ask them to note the condition in your order history. If you’re not comfortable with the condition, consider requesting a return or replacement while you’re still within the return window. I learned this the hard way. When I was new to GameLoot, I received a pre-owned disc, didn’t inspect it, and later tried to sell it back. It was rejected due to scratches, and since I had no photos or proof of the condition when I received it, there wasn’t much I could do. Recently, I received another disc with minor scratches. This time, I immediately emailed GameLoot with photos. When I later sold the same disc back, it was initially rejected for the same scratches, but after referring to my earlier email, the support team reviewed the case and eventually accepted the disc. So my advice is: document the condition of any pre-owned disc on day one and don’t assume that reporting it alone will guarantee future resale acceptance.
