Why can’t I simply track the package without downloading a third party app? Who uses dhl still? I have seen a dhl store or truck in 20 years. Why does my package bounce around state to state for no reason? Why does dhl eventually deliver it to usps? Why does usps do nothing for a week then just send it back? Why is the not a number to call for help? Why does the chat help take so long to respond? Why at the end all you do is re-process it? No discount, no coupon, to expenditures shipping. Just shoulders. So hear we are almost 6 weeks after taking my money and the package has just been sitting at your warehouse for 4 days. All I have to show for it is a headache and a loss of 50.00 dollars. Not only did my gfuel order arrive like it was supposed to but it was 10 dollars cheaper and had it had been stolen they would have worked with me. Never gonna order from here again ### 1/5 — Too many bugs *2024-08-02, version 3.5* When I check out and enter a code, the app refreshes over and over again by itself trying to calculate how much the FREE SHIPPING is going to cost. This takes from a minute to indefinitely making it impossible to get some of the items before they run out. On top of that, the tracking, or most of the pages actually, are simply external webpages that doesn’t even log me in most of the time so I can’t check past orders as recent as from a week ago. So my question is, what’s the point of an app, if more than half of it just redirect you to an external webpage anyways? ### 1/5 — App won’t even load *2024-05-16, version 3.3* As much as I’d like the convenience of being able to use the app it stays stuck on loading. I’m only rating the app and not the product since I am a big fan of their products. ### 1/5 — Site is incredibly slow and never sends emails properly *2023-11-11* I got into gamersupps around when they first started up. It was great the site worked fine. Later on the app was announced and it was a little wonky at first with some bugs such as misplaced art(no biggie). But ever since the middle of this year this app has been horrendous on loading up. I have good internet and I’ve had other sites work just fine. It takes around 10-15 minutes for the app to properly open fully and if I go to select a flavor to view the information it takes 3-4 minutes just to load that. When they released the app they said we would get notifications earlier if we had the app. Every time since then it didn’t send me the emails until 1-2 hours after it’s had a normal release. By then the deals for a free cup/new flavors are gone. I love the product but this situation has lead me to just drop the product entirely. Especially on days where even the main website will not function. ### 1/5 — Super Glitchy *2023-02-24, version 1.3* Very glitchy, images don’t load, unable to filter flavors alphabetical. Seems like development was rushed. ### 2/5 — Good flavors but They’re Rehashing *2024-08-16* I love Gamersupps actual drinks, but where they are going with the waifu cups is disappointing. A majority of the most recent drops are cups made by V-Tubers now. A couple of months ago it was cool because they had a variety of people collabing, being Twitch streamers and YouTubers alike from Nihmune to Meat Canyon. Now it’s all V-Tubers and most of them are just rehashes of previous versions. Don't get me wrong, I like the designs for some of these cups and I like a small handful of V-Tubers so it’s not just that I’m swearing that type of content off all together. The OCCASIONAL V-Tuber drops mixed with other drops would be more inclusive. Most of these V-Tubers have a V1 cup already and all GS is dropping right now is V2’s of those same content creators (e.g. Pestily and Sinder). None of the waifu cups that are part of the GS season are coming out, aside from Eshi-Sama. I feel the ball has been dropped a bit because of these collabs they are taking on. It seems like they might not be able to handle coordinating collabs AND their GS season waifu designs simultaneously. I understand that there are only so many collabs you could do and only so many creators to reach out to, but I feel that that would be the point in time to focus on the GS seasonal cups rather than rehashing. It’s disappointing because I got introduced to GS at Comic Con LA and met them in person, which made me feel that I had a different kind of connection than stumbling across them online. I loved the concept of their products so much as I grew up watching anime and such, but I’m finding myself getting disinterested in their products now. A big part of it for me is being able to have these cute collector cups but none of them interest me anymore. They may be losing my business soon unfortunately. As far as the app goes, functionality is decent but could be a little improved. That combined with PTSD has given me non-epileptic seizures, so basically brought on by stress. So the GS are great. I’m able to get caffeine but in a way that doesn’t cause me to spike (increased heart beat, horrible ADHD type attacks, or panicking) or to crash. They actually contain things that are good for my brain and are zero sugar that doesn’t cause a headache or aftertaste that gross. The flavors are yummy. And the value for the money, as I’m disabled and broke, is incredible! So even being on a very strict budget I consider these as an investment in my health. I actually drink more, cause I will add more water to my cups when it’s low, yes I own two lol, so I’m staying hydrated. But the app has always worked smoothly for me and it’s another reason I have rated it 5 stars.
