## What is GamerVault?

GamerVault is a free collection tracker for people who collect physical video games. Scan a barcode or search a title, pick the condition, and see what your shelf is actually worth, priced per condition from real market data.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Most trackers give a game one price. A game is often not one product. Super Mario Galaxy on Wii is five separate PriceCharting products at five different prices. GamerVault shows you all five and you pick the one on your shelf. Same for 5 screw versus 3 screw NES carts, Greatest Hits and Player's Choice reprints, and PAL and JP listings that keep their own value instead of being folded into the US number.

EVERY PLATFORM, EVERY GENERATION
71 consoles, Atari 2600 through Nintendo Switch 2. NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Wii U, Switch, Game Boy, GBC, GBA, DS, 3DS, PlayStation 1 through 5, PSP, Vita, Xbox through Series X|S, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, Master System, Game Gear, Neo Geo, TurboGrafx, Amiga, Commodore 64, 3DO, PC and more.

PRICED PER CONDITION
Loose, complete in box, sealed and graded each carry their own live value from PriceCharting. Multi-currency. Open the PriceCharting page, or check recent sold listings on eBay, in one tap.

HARDWARE, NOT JUST GAMES
Consoles, controllers and accessories tracked the same way, with a What's Included checklist ticked off piece by piece and tested, untested or for parts on the unit. If PriceCharting does not carry your regional or modded model, add it by hand.

CONDITION DOWN TO THE PIECE
Rate the game, the box and the manual separately, each with its own star grade. Attach your own photos to higher value pieces.

GRADED SLABS
PSA, WATA, VGA and CGC, with the grading company and the grade on the card.

GET YOUR COLLECTION IN, FAST
Barcode scanning with multi region UPC support, for consoles as well as games. Bulk add. CSV import if you are moving from another tracker, with your purchase prices and conditions intact.

WHAT IT TELLS YOU
Portfolio value with gain and loss against what you actually paid. Top movers up and down. Value by condition, by platform and by era. Price history per game. Collection completion per console, measured against PriceCharting's full catalogue, so you can see what is left to hunt.

WISHLIST
Set a target price per game. The app watches recorded market history and tells you when something reaches your number.

SOCIAL, ENTIRELY OPT IN
A public profile on a handle you choose, compare your vault against another collector head to head, and Vault Swaps, which quietly matches your for sale shelf against other collectors' wishlists. Anonymous until you both agree, then chat in the app. Everything social is off by default.

ONE THING IT DELIBERATELY WILL NOT DO
If PriceCharting has no listing for something, GamerVault shows you nothing rather than a guess. No invented multipliers, no made up forecasts. Better to show you nothing than a wrong number.

Tracking your collection will always be free. No ads.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-14

Everything below has landed since 1.0.1.

VARIANT PICKER
A game is often not one product. Where PriceCharting lists several, 5 screw versus 3 screw carts, Greatest Hits, Player's Choice, PAL and JP, you now pick the exact one on your shelf and it prices to that listing.

HARDWARE
Consoles, controllers and accessories, with a What's Included checklist per piece and tested, untested or for parts on the unit. Manual add for the regional and modded units PriceCharting does not carry.

COLLECTION COMPLETION
See how much of a console's full catalogue you actually own, and what is left to hunt.

VAULT SWAPS
Your for sale shelf is matched against other collectors' wishlists. Anonymous until you both say yes, then chat in the app.

FASTER TO ADD
Bulk add, bulk purchase prices, barcode scanning for consoles as well as games, and CSV import from another tracker.

PRICING ACCURACY
Twin packs and compilations price correctly. Greatest Hits and Player's Choice reprints no longer collapse into the standard edition. PAL and JP keep their own values. Titles that drop the licensor's name, Disney's, Tom Clancy's, Sid Meier's, now match.

HONEST NUMBERS
A game we cannot price no longer shows as a total loss. Change a game's console and it re-prices for the new one.

READABILITY
Console logos are legible on dark backgrounds, and long titles shrink to fit instead of cutting off.

Thanks to everyone sending bug reports. Almost all of the above came from collectors telling us what was broken.
