However, I could not help but notice the lack of diversity in the characters. I have messaged and called brainvault several times asking if this is something they plan on addressing in the near future. They have never answered. I always try to make sure my son can see himself reflected in the games and videos he plays. May seem a small thing to others but inclusion is important to us. Not getting any response after multiple attempts made me cancel the subscription.
