### 5/5 — Great new product and app design

Fun app design and easy to use

### 5/5 — It’s great!

*2026-07-15*

Got a winner on my first pull! Easy to set up and more replay ability than expected, with the 90% buybacks. My wife and I had a lot of fun ripping a few packs.

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2026-07-15*

This app is amazing. Great user friendly interface and awesome selection of cards

### 5/5 — From Web to App, even Better

*2026-07-15*

Excited to find this app launch. The connection to Collectors (PSA) is enticing to see where this is going. Feel my pulls are fair, and no matter what, I am getting a card of value, unlike a sports bet or parlay I could lose all of my money. There is liquidity from GameStop or PSA’s instant buyback offer to your bank in a few days. Odds are displayed and new features dropping all the time.

### 5/5 — Phenomenal

*2026-07-15*

As good or better than the website!

### 5/5 — Incredible

*2026-07-15*

The website and user experience there was already great, but the app UI is even better - something about being able to see my collection, manage my PSA vaulted cards, easily deposit with Apple Pay, and pull packs wherever I am, really gets me going.

### 5/5 — Changing collectables forever

*2026-07-15*

This app is amazing… I was always hesitant to get into collecting pokemon cards because I live in a small town and buying and selling was way too difficult.
Now it has never been easier, and honestly there’s something extra satisfying about pulling digitally but knowing you have it physically. Feeling that is hard to explain until you try it!

### 5/5 — The best

*2026-07-15*

Pleasant experience

### 5/5 — Too much fun!

*2026-07-15*

Can’t get enough of these power packs! Easy to try, and even more exciting to pull that valuable card!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-07-15*

The best pack opening app by far. GameStop really out did themselves with this. You obviously won’t get a hit every time but the UI and payment method is very clean. The overall diversity and size of products is also un matched on any other site. I highly recommend using this app.

### 5/5 — On packs

*2026-07-15*

Probably the best packs in the market

### 5/5 — PTTP

### 5/5 — Careful, it’s addicting!

*2026-07-15*

Love that this is now an app! I’ve had some great pulls including Joe Montana, Michael Jordan and many more. Enjoy!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-07-15*

I’ve always loved powerpacks but now with the app it’s even better. A super smooth all in 1 place to store my cards digitally.

### 5/5 — GameStop power packs.

Best app for GameStop power packs.

### 5/5 — GameStop knocks it out of the park

Bestest App Ever!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Nothing loads and terrible odds

*2026-07-28*

The app simply isn’t working. Nothing loads and throws a bunch of errors when I try to log in and open a pack. I can’t even see what the chases are and it just crashes when I try to log in. Even the smallest request gives me an error telling me to slow down. Additionally, the shown odds are much worse compared to other apps and websites as well. Would stay away until they address these issues.

### 3/5 — Solid concept, needs some UX fixes and whatnot

*2026-07-14*

Glad it’s finally out and there’s definitely room for improvement.

1. App is hard to find via search. Searching “Power Packs” in the App Store doesn’t return this app at the top. It’s buried behind 8 other results, including 2 ads, even though it’s your own branded app name. Worth taking a look at the App Store listing/keywords since new users may not find it at all.

2. No collection value total in-app. You have to export your inventory to CSV to see your estimated PSA collection value. Since per-card estimated values are already shown when viewing individual cards, a running total should he simple to surface on the main collection view.

3. No way to visualize collection value over time. A simple graph of total collection value trending over time would go a long way.

4. Sort by price is missing, no such filter. This is a basic sorting option that most collection apps have. Sorting by estimated PSA value would help in-app.

5. Filter menu hides options on smaller screens. On iPhone 11, the “Set Registry Inventory” filter is cut off and hidden unless you manually drag the filter menu up to expand it. Easy to miss entirely if the user doesn’t know it’s there. May be affecting other phone models too.

6. Individual card’s sales history “View All” option opens PSA’s site in an in-app browser instead of a native view. Since this data already exists, it would be much better as a native chart. Given this is more integration work than the other items here, but the connector likely already exists given the partnership.

These are just a few minor things that I would like to see changed. Thanks

### 5/5 — Great ripping and selling experience

*2026-08-10*

Having a fun time ripping and selling/getting shipped PSA graded cards. They did a top notch job curating the cards and perfecting the collectors experience. It’s really easy to sell back, accept an offer, list on eBay, or get the card shipped to your house. If you like collecting, this is the best app out there!

### 5/5 — Awesome Experience!

*2026-07-17*

I love Pokémon, first time downloading and using the app and everything was seamless and the app looks so sick!

I was able to sync my GameStop Pro account, update my credit card info, and buy my first Pokémon which was a Cloyster all in the span of 5-6min, very smooth!

Can’t wait to see more from GameStop!!!

### 5/5 — The best way to pull graded cards!

*2026-07-17*

I enjoy collecting Pokemon, One Piece and NBA cards. I discovered a lot of new cards and had a lot of fun opening packs. It evokes the same thrill as opening regular packs but in a digital format. What’s cool is you can resell it right away or choose to keep it. Very convenient to ship the physical card to yourself, I shipped a few cards I liked to my house and it arrived in nice packaging.

### 5/5 — Thank you, GameStop

*2026-07-16*

This app has made keeping my collection of graded cards organized and tracked so much easier. The pulling is super smooth and I love that you can set limits for yourself if you want to. What a fun experience ✨✨

### 5/5 — Power to the Collectors

*2026-07-16*

Great App for ripping and collecting. It’s a fun experience. But exercise caution. You always leave with an item but you don’t always get more value than you put in because you are paying for a thrill as well

### 5/5 — Revolutionary!

*2026-07-16*

This app is well designed and the power packs marketplace is a game changer for any collector, and also fun for all. The efficiency gain from being able to rip a pack, instant buyback, list on eBay, or ship to you is massive. I’m not even a collector and I love it. It’s been fun to get packs and I’ve had some good luck on some high value pulls.

### 5/5 — Fun and rewarding!

*2026-07-15*

I tried this out in beta when it was only available through a web browser but the app is a definitive improvement in user accessibility. The UI looks great but lagged a little on my iPhone 15 Pro during the intro sequence.

### 5/5 — Best Digital Packs App

*2026-07-15*

This is hands down the best app for opening digital packs for real slabs. The style and aesthetic are cool. It’s also very accessible and easy to use. The hit rate is pretty good as well plus your cards can be safely stored on the website through psa vault. It’s a great experience

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — B

*2026-07-15*

I’m loving the Power Packs app so far! I hit a Blastoise chase card on just my second $25 pull, which was an awesome surprise and got me even more excited to keep opening packs.

I’d love to see future updates add the ability to trade with other users or create a marketplace where people can make offers on cards others have pulled. That would take the app to another level.

### 5/5 — Best Digital Pack Opening App

*2026-07-15*

This is the best and most trusted digital pack opening application in the market right now. With the partnership with PSA, it makes everything seamless with selling cards back, shipping it to your house, keeping it in the PSA vault, and listing straight on Ebay. This got me onto collecting cards with how easy it is!
