It will not connect to it so it’s basically useless as the app is supposed to allow you to have walk up songs. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-09-25, version 3.1* Doesn’t work waste of money ### 1/5 — Don’t use *2021-02-20, version 3.1* I used this app for awhile but they changed it and it is terrible now. It’s a shame too bc it was good before and now has a laundry list of issues. They lost a lot of users and it shows in their reviews. My experience is that the free version doesn’t work at all and I’m skeptical of the paid version bc of my bad experience with this one. It’s terrible! It used to be simple to use. It’s more difficult now but even when you figure it out it still doesn’t work. Wish I could give it zero stars. I never leave reviews but this one needed to be left. Save your time and don’t use this. ### 1/5 — Confusing and doesn’t work *2019-06-28, version 2.4* I added my batting lineup and the. Nothing else worked. I changed settings, hit buttons and nothing!!! So angry, spent $20 for nothing **Developer response:** Possible solutions: If you are the home team, you can't announce unless you are in the bottom of the inn gin. You can't just push buttons, you have to drag the button and drop it on the microphone. That is how we protect from sounds being played accidentally. Also, you have to have internet access where you are using the app or you have to switch to one of the voices that are native to the iPad. Voices without a "$" in front of them are native. So try Daniel as a voice if you don't have internet service where you are announcing. ### 1/5 — Not really happy *2019-05-18, version 2.4* There are buttons that I can’t drag to and even though the announcing is cool, I can’t get it to work without a 10 second delay...$20 was a little much for something not really that simple to use. **Developer response:** The delay is because of your internet service. You can either switch to a native voice (select Settings and then tap until the voice doesn't have a $ in front of it) or, if the problem is low-internet service, I've used my phone as a hotspot and put it up higher and then connected my iPad to its wireless. That give me better data throughput and faster response for the voices. How it works: Each time you attempt to make the app say something. The words to say are uploaded to Amazon Polly Text to Voice service and an mp3 is downloaded. Typically this can happen with normal data service in less than 1 second. ### 1/5 — App is a Joke *2018-04-28, version 1.12* Tech support is non existent. Music doesn’t cut out. We have to stop it manually. We will stick with the free apps. Not worth a dime **Developer response:** UPDATE: I might have found the issue that caused your system to crash. We have since set up a new ticket system using ZOHO service which should help alleviate the problems you experienced in getting support. ### 1/5 — Can’t get it to add music *2018-04-08, version 1.11* So it would be a great app if it would work. I mean it just keeps crashing I can’t add anything. For 20$ it would be nice to be able to use the dang thing! I found a free one that works just as good. Would be able to sign in and everything be the same as it is from the original device it was created on. Also, my main issue is adding new music. I purchased new songs with iTunes and the only way I have found to get them to show up in the music list is to delete and re-add the app. I am not willing to do that and lose multiple things I already have in place the way I would like them. Not very user friendly. Have also had the issue with it freezing and closing multiple times while trying to cut a song for a player. ### 3/5 — Some options not working *2019-06-08, version 2.4* I downloaded it and it works. I can not make the special FX nor the playlist to work. Is there something additional that I need to do? **Developer response:** You have to set songs in the song editor (go to settings and click the note icon at the bottom). Then each song listed can be turned on as "DJ" songs or as "Specialty" songs or as "Walkups." ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best App out there *2019-03-27, version 2.2* This is the App you are looking for if you want to hype your team and the fans. You can announce your whole line up with the drag of a button at the beginning of the game. It worked the whole weekend through 5 games with out any problems. Even received compliments from the other teams we played asking how to get this app. Can’t wait to use it again and every time my son’s select team plays. This app is the best one out there hands down. The next similar app isn’t even a close second. I would rate 10 stars if I could. The boys loved having the music and it was easy to use. Now the app crashes every time I open the song editor and I can’t change songs. This makes me sad because this app was almost amazing! Update: I emailed the developer and he had my problem fixed within a few hours!! Super nice guy and helpful. I’m so glad he was able to fix it. This app has been so much fun!!!
