I think this is more of a COVID shift than anything the folks at Gametime pushed. I used to be able to manage 99% of tickets within the app, but now it seems many teams / venues have developed their own apps to manage tickets. Now it seems 99% of tickets need to be managed within a venue-specific app. Downgrade in experience from the user’s perspective, but I’m sure they all have their reasons.
