I had 2.88 in my balance then it reset to 0, my gems wasn’t converting to money. Finally it started converting again so I had got up 1.31 but everytime I have tried to withdraw it keeps saying network request failed. I have submitted 3 tickets with no response as well as emailing support. After reading reviews I see a lot of others were experiencing the same issue. This has been my experience for 5 months now. I didn’t delete the app yet thinking it will work again but nope everytime I try it still keeps giving me that error. I have referred a lot of my friends but since I am having all these issue they have stopped using the app as well .
