My friend and I used to play this game all the time on our school ipads. We saw this character called “Ganja Warrior” and with the words “coming soon” just below him. We would daydream of the possibilities this character could bring us in the game. One good idea was if the Ganja Warrior could go to other peoples farms and steal some crops! Hire him to either guard or go do a mission…. Long story short, out of school now graduated. I just have a really big issue, and that is I have way way too many materials (bolts, nails, boards, tape etc) they are taking up all of my storage. I could sell them all in the shop, but that would take hours and hours to do. Being such a huge level I open chests and get like 6000 a time. Please please add a way to delete items. I opened the game couple days ago and was blocked with a banner saying I was a black listed with no explanation and I have emailed numerous times as to why and at this point no response. It could be that I spent 0 $ doing this and feel that I had done so was kicked out. They took games from many players, players that have played a long time (years) and gave them beginner starter games to replace the games that people had invested years of gameplay. Did the same to #2 also. Customer service is the worst and seems to enjoy wrecking peoples games and taking their coins, diamonds, machines etc. even when you show them the receipts you payed for diamonds. They do not reimburse them. I’ve been playing on and off for over 4 years - currently the only complaint I have is in regards to in-app purchases. It seems that the ability to buy diamonds isn’t working, and I would definitely buy additional if it were an option.
