Galway University Hospitals (GUH) Antimicrobial Prescribing Guidelines in mobile app format for smartphone devices. Practical evidence-based empiric treatment recommendations for adult and paediatric infections by body system with recommended doses and duration, including options for penicillin allergy, dosing calculators for gentamicin and vancomycin, and much more.
