This app is the worst bank app that I have. Logs you out over and over. Doesn’t open untill after several tries. Doesn’t accept facial recognition to log in. Such an annoying app. 😡😡😡

You really need to work on the app to allow the uploaded access to lite. It’s very frustrating seeing that you can upload transactions on this app making it one sided.

When money it sent it says nill most of the time and when I try sending again it says duplicate transaction I will have to wait for like 30mins. And I can’t even add to beneficiary while transferring money it won’t even go through at all.Whats the point having a current account app (gaps) while my savings account (GTWorld) works fine.you guys really need to make an upgrade on this gaps app

For every reason this app was created , it hasn’t met one single achievement. 
The only app that makes me trouble start my device to be able to use it . 
I’d rather queue in a physical bank. The olden days style .
