## What is Gapzilla?

Gapzilla is a goal and event tracking tool.

Create a goal and record two kinds of events: a slip that happened, or an urge you noticed in the moment.

Gapzilla calculates the time between slips and shows the current, longest, and average gaps. An urge is stored as a raw event and does not reset the current gap. For a calendar day that has already ended, if an urge was recorded and no slip occurred that day, the Insights screen can include it in a retrospective summary based on that day's outcome.

- Sign in with Apple or a Gapzilla account and sync data
