The app just crashes all the time as soon as it is opened on ios 16.2

The app opens and within two seconds crashes every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it four times and still continues to crash.  I have the iPhone13 Pro Max with update of 15. So you need to fix the application so it does not crash.
